Ray Butkus had his sons, Jordon and Patrick, along with his friend Mark out for a day of adventure. The weather was perfect, the seas we calm, the water was clear, and the fishing.....the fishing was great. The group fished north of the inlet at anchor and put together a mixed bag of Blues, Sea Bass, Porgies, Fluke, and Trigger Fish.

Pictured above are Jordan, Patrick, and Robbie' finger.....again! Quite a ham that finger is. |

Steve Lasater and his son Tony couldn't thank Capt Rob and Tippy enough for the great day they had on the "Last One" this Thursday. They pair boated 6 nice Sea Bass, 10 Bluefish, and 31 Trigger Fish. Great day guys!

Robbie's got the secret on catching the Triggers. Want to know the secret? Book a trip and see for yourself. |

Harry and Cliff had a nice catch of Fluke, both had their share of keepers with a bunch of "Just Under's" going back in the water for the draggers to kill them in the fall. Don't get us started.....Right!

Rusty is a regular on the boat and every time he comes, all he want's to do is catch Bluefish, no Stripers, no Tuna, no Moby Dick.........Bluefish....that's it! Well........we give him what he want's. Bluefish, lots of them, lots of big Bluefish. We like nothing more than to catch you fish. Thanks Rusty

Mark and his nephew Jason were on the Last One Saturday afternoon looking to catch a little bit of everything. Capt Rob figured chumming would be the way to go. After a short run north they set the anchor and started their slick. It wasn't long before the blues started biting. The action was steady until the tide slacked up. With the lines near the bottom they bagged a few nice fluke and then finished the day with a 25 pound bass before they pulled anchor.

I must say, Thankfully Robbie is a much much better Captain than he is a photographer. He said it was dark out. |
